Since I first started meditation a few months ago with David’s guidance, I have noticed that it’s definitely made me calmer and his training helps my mind not to wander or think, I did contact him to help with that… It worked.
I love the lightness it produces, it’s a good feeling of calm and relaxation which lasts throughout my day. I now meditate early mornings so I don’t get disturbed, and try fitting in an evening meditation if possible.
I have meditated at bedtime, it helps.
