Express Course (Beginners)

It’s understandable that you may not have the time to commit to a course spanning multiple days, so if this is the case for you, then I can recommend the Express Course for beginners. You will learn all the fundamentals from the Beginners Course in a compressed format. You will walk away with an enriched understanding of what Meditation & Mindfulness are, how they work, what the benefits are, and of course, the practicalities behind making them a part of your daily life.
